On Saturday, I had the pleasure of visiting the KCC Farmers' Market for the first time. It was a feast for the senses and I was blessed to meet Vivian Chau who is the founder of the "Give It Fresh Today" program. Through the program, marketgoers give donations of fresh food which is then used to feed the hungry on the island.
